I wanted to get a full frame camera so I drove down to KEH Camera in Smyrna Georgia. I arrived at 5:25 and although they close at 6:00pm they stop pulling inventory at 5:30. I told them what I was looking for a Canon 6D in excellent condition. They were able to get it pulled and sold to me in under 10min.
I can’t speak for the online store since I went to the physical retail location, but the service was great. I went in with a specific camera and lens in mind and walked out with both 15 minutes later. The sales reps seemed pretty knowledgeable and were very nice. Their condition rating also seems to be pretty accurate.
My experience with the purchase I made was rocky and anxiety driven, however, not because of KEH themselves. KEH's customer service team worked with me and gave me closure so I could have some peace of mind throughout the delivery. As for the quality of the product itself, it's far better than I had anticipated.
I ordered a lens online I called before I placed the order, shipping they told me 3-5 days. That works so I placed the order. Shipping to my Arizona address and billing to my Canadian address. Later that day I got an email indicating that it is on its way to Canada and I had to sign for it and pay duty.
