I dropped my water damaged lens off at Crystal camera repair, really with no hope for it to be fixed. Within 6 hours they called me and told me everything works fine even though the lens had water visibly in it for a couple days until I could come by!
The lens cover on my Panasonic Lumix camera was sticking and not closing completely. I took it to Crystal Camera Repair this morning. The lady there immediately noticed a small dent that might have been the problem. She took it back to the technician who smoothed out the dent and the camera now works perfectly.
Today, I took in my film camera from the 50s to see if it needed to be serviced or cleaned since I didn't inspect it before I bought it. They took a look at it and said everything looked great and no changes were needed. They did a thorough job, and when I asked how much, they said it was good.
I can’t say enough good things about Crystal Camera. They are so nice, affordable, and have such great turnaround times. I’ve taken my Hasselblad there several times for different repairs and they’ve always done a great job with the camera at a very fair price.
