Steve is amazing! He’s not just a repair guy. He is a camera enthusiast. He gave hours of his time to chat with me on the phone about an out of production lens I needed fixed and about the cameras we love from film to digital and I don’t even live in North Dakota!
Steve pretty much figured out the problem with my 100-400mm lens over the phone by asking a few questions. He received my lens on a tuesday, repaired it and shipped it back to me the next day! Very happy with his service and would highly recommend him!
I just picked my camera up from Steve and I could not be happier with his service. I was nervous about leaving my camera and lenses, but in my initial conversation with him it became very clear that my camera equipment was in good hands.
I'm happy with my experience! Steve repaired a failed shutter on a Sony A73 for me. I called ahead and he had the part waiting when I dropped the camera off. Camera was ready for pickup when I was in town next.
