Good old fashioned, 1960's-style customer service. After buying an aftermarket focusing screen for my Nikon, it needed to be shimmed a bit differently from the original.
Both Ron and Mark are remarkable service people. They most definitely know their stuff, they are quick, efficient, and honest. Super friendly, great guys who have helped me out a number of times with my lenses, my camera bodies, etc.
Had Ron calibrate a lens for me, he did a great job. He was quick and his price was extremely fair. Can’t wait to support him and his business again!
