Exceptional Service for Novice Photographers! I had the pleasure of visiting Bedford Camera and Video today, and I cannot sing their praises enough! As a complete novice in the realm of photography, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but the team at Bedford made my experience nothing short of exceptional.
ChatGPT recommended this place for a passport photo. This place did not disappoint! I first got it done on Sunday at Walgreens and hated it. I knew I should have waited to go here instead. My passport photo is absolutely AMAZING... they have the best lighting and camera! John is the one that took it.
We had 39 VHS tapes transferred to DVD's. After watching the first five new DVD's we were very disappointed in the quality of the tapes. We returned to the store & the manager pointed out that some of the VHS tapes were so old they had ruffled on the edges affecting the quality of the transfer.
Outstanding customer service! Bedford rep spent over 2 hrs answering product questions and helping us demo product before we purchased. After the sale we had issues with one item and had no issues with returning/exchanging for another. Bedford ROCKS!!!
