I bought a TV with them off Amazon. The product itself had some issues, but the customer service was amazing. They were pretty quick to find a resolution that worked for everyone.
I had an issue with my new Sony Tv shutting off. When I called Breach Co. they took my information and said they would have a service tech call me. Reynold called me back within a couple of minutes and was very professional in asking questions to diagnose the issue.
I made a purchase on Amazon via third party. Unfortunately, I needed to return the item which was large. Also, I did not realize I would be responsible for the return postage. By contacting Beach Camera’s customer services department, I came in contact with Rizalyn and Yanill of customer services.
Purchased a TV from BuyDig, which was promptly shipped and arrived quickly; however, the screen came cracked. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the damage until a few weeks later. Fortunately, the customer service is excellent.
