I was very pleased with my experience with B&C Photo. I ran into troubles with my Nikon D80 that was giving me an error message/code. I brought it in and the staff was knowledgable as to what it was, how it could be fixed, and honest about the pricing/amount of time it would take.
I had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through everything; no rushing, just genuine help and clear explanations. As someone who isn’t super familiar with photography gear, I really appreciated their patience and knowledge.
Love these guys and the store. I've bought all of my cameras and equipment from John. He is very knowledgeable about his products. This is your mom and pop shop and the service is more than anything you'd imagine. John stands behind his products and do what he can to help you with your needs.
Friendly service. Family owned with great selections. I needed 2 Nikon batteries and I was done in 10 minutes.
