Phenomenal lab! With so few left it is amazing to have a quality lab in Kingston still. Turnaround is quick, and processing & services are consistent. I once thought I had an issue with scratches on my negatives and they even gave me a couple free rolls to test, and we were able to find the cause of the problem.
I was very nervous to have my digital sensor cleaned on my Lumix s5ii, but more nervous to try to do it myself. I brought it to art craft and for $100, they did a great job. Elaine called me as soon as the camera was ready b/c I told her I had a shoot coming up in the next couple of days. I will be back.
I had a few pictures I wanted enlarged, Artcraft had been recommended to me. What a surprise to see all the different gift ideas. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. I choose a couple items and was told when they would be ready. When I came back they were waiting for me, exactly as I had ordered.
